- Army Wing of NDA: 12th Class pass of the 10+2 pattern or equivalent from a recognized board/university
- Air Force & Naval Wings of NDA and 10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme at INA: 12th Class pass with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics
- Age Limit:
- Born between 2 January 2007 and 1 January 2010 (both dates inclusive)
- Marital Status: Unmarried male and female candidates
