Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification:
Full-time B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Instrumentation from 31 NITs or 4 specified institutes, with a valid GATE 2025 scorecard. - Minimum Marks:
65% aggregate in qualifying degree. - Year of Passing:
2025 only. - Age Limit:
Not more than 27 years as on 31 May 2025 (born on or after 1 June 1998). - Other:
No backlogs/gaps in graduation; X and XII with 60% and above.
Training, Bond & Salary
- Training Period: 1 year (on-the-job training at Hazira, Surat or as per company requirements).
- Bond:
3-year service bond after training; ₹2,00,000 for General/OBC, ₹50,000 for SC/ST. - Stipend During Training:
₹55,000 per month + allowances; CTC approx. ₹16.32 lakh per annum. - After Training (Senior Engineer):
Basic pay ₹56,650 per month + allowances; CTC approx. ₹16.81 lakh per annum.
