- Passed GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) course from a recognized institute approved by Indian Nursing Council, New Delhi.
- Candidates from institutions outside Bihar must have eligibility certificate from Indian Nursing Council.
- B.Sc. Nursing qualified candidates are also eligible.
- Registration: Must be registered with Bihar Nursing Registration Council, Patna.
