Global Food Regulators Summit 2025
Union Health Minister JP Nadda unveiled the logo and brochure at Nirman Bhawan.
The summit will be held on 26–27 September at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi.
Theme: “Evolving Food Systems – Yatha Annam Tatha Manah”.
The summit will also launch the “Eat Right Thali” book featuring traditional thalis from all states.
It aims to bring together global regulators for discussions on food safety, nutrition, and health.
7 Years of Ayushman Bharat
Prime Minister Narendra Modi celebrated the scheme’s anniversary.
Highlighted how it ensured affordable healthcare access for millions.

GST Reforms (from Sept 23, 2025)
GST rates revised on many daily-use items.

Noodles, chocolates, coffee – reduced from 12% to 5%.
Toys, sports goods, textiles – brought down to 5%.
Aim: lower consumer prices and boost consumption.
PMI Data – September 2025
Composite PMI slipped to 61.9 (from 63.2 in August).
Manufacturing PMI at 58.5; Services PMI at 61.6.
Shows a slight slowdown, but still indicates strong growth.
